Medical Update: Martina Fidanza

Martina Fidanza suffers from a concussion after the crash in Antwerp Port Epic and will not race RideLondon Classique.

Martina Fidanza was involved in a crash in the opening kilometres of the Antwerp Port Epic last weekend and unfortunately hit her head, breaking her helmet. She was immediately withdrawn from the race by the team and returned home to Italy for further medical checks. Sadly, it was determined that she is suffering from a mild concussion and therefore will be off the bike for a period of rest and recovery. This means that she will be unable to race at the RideLondon Classique this weekend.
